What You'll Do:
  • Verify incoming freight, prepares labels for shipment.
  • Visually verify identity and quantity of merchandise against Bill of Lading, Packing List paperwork and company assigned paperwork.
  • Record evidence of tampering, shortages, excesses, damages or other unusual condition of merchandise.
  • Must be able to label merchandise in a concentrated fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to goal of exceptional service in taking action when needed to communicate and resolve problems.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding service to the customer by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
  • Follow company or site-specific safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
  • Safely operates forklift or other machinery in order to assist the Warehouse operations needs such as: loading, unloading, and staging.
  • Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.

What We Need from You:
  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' forklift experience.
  • Computer experience.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Able to record and track information using systems.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a position that requires analytical (mathematical) thinking.

Helpful Experience (Not Required)
  • 1-2 years' clamp experience with ability to operate skillfully and safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with warehouse systems.
