Location: Neenah, WI - 54956 (Onsite )
Pay Range: $20/hr - $24/hr
Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service & Export Operations Specialist to manage customer inquiries, order processing, shipment coordination, and export documentation. This role will work closely with customers, vendors, Procurement, warehouse teams, and carriers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, order issues, and problem resolution.
  • Process and maintain accurate order and material information using SAP, SED, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Prepare and transmit required export documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments, freight quotes, consolidation, and delivery schedules.
  • Support standard/non-standard picks, sales order entry, tentative pricing, and alternative sourcing.
  • Research and resolve customer claims and repair-related issues.
  • Provide backup support for export activities and ensure seamless operational coverage.
  • Meet established service and shipping deadlines.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, procurement, order management, or export operations.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder coordination skills.
