Job Title:         Logistics Coordinator

Client:             ATM Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         North Canton, OH 44720
Duration:         12-Month Contract
Shift:                Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Description:

Job Overview

Join the centralized Service Parts Planning organization and support inventory accuracy, service-parts logistics, emergency sourcing, and technician transactions across North America.

The role focuses on ensuring the right parts are at the right place at the right time while improving inventory accuracy and supply-chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field cycle counts and bin inventory corrections.
  • Assist technicians with bin-to-bin and branch-to-branch transactions.
  • Process service-parts orders and order entries.
  • Manage field sourcing for emergency parts orders.
  • Monitor parts in transit and manage exceptions, including TARQ messages.
  • Improve inventory accuracy across North America.
  • Support efforts to reduce overall service supply-chain costs.
  • Enter excess and repair returns.
  • Submit non-revenue orders for billed work and service requirements.
  • Coach technicians on proper parts-handling processes.
  • Support inventory best practices and process improvements.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Review parts in transit to GSL without tracking numbers and communicate with technicians.
  • Approve E/J orders through TARQ and enter orders as requested.
  • Source emergency parts from available field stock when possible.
  • Manage negative TARQ messages and make required corrections.
  • Complete cycle counts for active bins across North America.
  • Coach technicians and share best practices to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Follow up with CSMs regarding recurring parts-handling issues.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of computer and systems aptitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, associates, and customers.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and service-parts processes.
