Job Duties:
• Coordinating breeder and commercial turkey orders from entry through shipment
• Arranging flight bookings and transportation for international shipments
• Preparing and reviewing export documentation and health certificates for USDA endorsement
• Uploading required documentation into appropriate systems
• Communicating order details, timing, and updates with domestic and international customers
• Coordinating with hatchery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
• Preparing USPS/UPS shipping labels and delivery tickets
• Tracking shipments and helping resolve issues or delays
• Preparing weekly sales reports and documentation for Accounting
• Entering and maintaining data in internal systems
• Running required reports and supporting compliance-related processes
• Providing general administrative support to the Logistics Department
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust when plans change
