Logistics Associate - W2

Location:

This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX office.

Salary: $18.50 an hour

Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm


Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Logistics Associate - W2 with Insight, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency. Along the way, you will be knowledgeable of warehouse and safety procedures, possess some computer experience, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

As a Logistics Associate - W2, you will get to:

  • Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage. 
  • Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels. 
  • Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product. 
  • Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.

We are looking for a Logistics Associate - W2 with:

  • High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience. 
  • Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience. 
  • Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills. 
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
