Description

We are looking to add an additional site logistics contractor to support the Cloud data centers. They do not need to come from tech. The manager will consider someone with this experience from retail, grocery, warehouse, etc.... as long as it shows consistent Logistics career.

The role is 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with key responsibilities listed below;

• Receives deliveries in data center Physically & Systematically

o Receiving Devices

o Consumables

o Ensuring Materials are secured and stored accordingly at time of delivery

• Expediting shipments or physical material verification Ad-hoc through warehouses

• Maintain and organize storage areas

• Create Physical Project Pallets

• Pull, Prep, and coordinated shipment of Materials for Movement to other sites/warehouses (NSVIR’s)

• Support and appropriately escalate emergent DC Ops material requests, and other misc. urgent matters

• Inventory Accuracy Activities

o Weekly Inventory Scans (Devices)

o Cycle Count (w/in the NGC Inventory as scheduled per ABC Analysis)

o Discrepancy onsite/warehouse deep dives

• Physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS)

o RTS Rack Transactions

o Post-Project Unused Material RTS

This is a specific Logistics career role. We don't want people who want to transition to DC Tech. Must have a great attitude and be a team player. This role is in support of a very busy DCEO and is constantly receiving and sending out equipment. Very little down time. Organization of the logistics for the team is mandatory and critical for success

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
