Summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst 1 to provide warehouse and logistics support for the 31st Combat Training Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV. This role supports squadron training operations through equipment receipt, storage, inventory tracking, and basic propertyaccountability tasks in accordance with Air Force and unit procedures. The position is ideal for candidates beginning or advancing a career in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing equipment, supplies, and training materials.
  • Support inventory tracking and maintain accurate records in approved databases, spreadsheets, and logs.
  • Perform routine equipment inventories and assist with discrepancy identification and reconciliation.
  • Prepare items for shipment, delivery, staging, or redistribution.
  • Coordinate with endusers for equipment pickup, issuance, and turnin.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse spaces; follow all safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist with basic logistics documentation, filing, and propertyaccountability actions.
  • Support materialhandling activities when properly trained and authorized.
  • Provide timely status updates to supervisors regarding inventory levels, material movement, and discrepancies.
What you must have
  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • General knowledge of logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or equipment handling.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment commonly handled in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Within the first six (6) months of employment, candidates must complete and demonstrate proficiency in:

    • Basic Safety & OSHA Training: warehouse safety, hazard communication, PPE requirements, and equipment handling.
    • Forklift / Material Handling Equipment Certification (pallet jacks, forklifts, warehouse lifts, etc.).
    • HII and contractspecific propertymanagement and compliance procedures.
    • Basic government procurement and receiving processes.
    • Information Security & OPSEC training.
    • Cyber Awareness / Annual DoD IA training.
    • Obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
        • Within the first 12 months of employment, candidates must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics, supply, or materialhandling environment.
  • Experience supporting military units or government propertyaccountability programs.
  • Familiarity with Air Force supply procedures, tracking systems, or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate or train on materialhandling equipment beyond basic certification.
Physical Requirements
Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the Systems Analyst discipline. Office work environment normally encountered.
