As a Warehouse Business Analyst, you'll ensure Kuehne + Nagel stays compliant with industry standards while helping us boost productivity and optimize revenue-generating procedures. How you create impact
  • Analyze monthly production forecasts and distribute details to the management team to support labor planning.
  • Responsible for the daily administration and accuracy of revenue and trade expense
  • Ensure that all vendor invoices are acknowledged in a timely manner within the company's defined financial systems
  • Evaluate accuracy of detailed vendor's invoices
  • Report standard KPI's both from a financial and operational perspective
  • Assist with carrier statement reconciliation
  • Increase financial awareness at all levels, ensuring adherence to Kuehne+Nagel Ltd. financial standards and procedures
  • Assist central finance in monitoring and ensuring outstanding Customer debt is kept current at all times
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company
What we would like you to bring
  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Analytics preferred
  • 1 year experience with a warehouse management system
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in analysis
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Access
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills as wells as presentation and team facilitation skills
  • Working Environment: Office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrates strong networking and interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal internal business,clients and outside vendors
  • Demonstrates ability developing and using relationships to facilitate accomplishment of goals
  • Must have good problem-solving skills and be able to quickly identify, define and resolve problems
