Branch Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to lead and oversee all operational functions of a branch facility. This role requires a proven operations leader with strong warehouse, logistics, and team management experience who can ensure operational excellence, maintain high service levels, and drive continuous improvement.
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including personnel leadership, inventory management, logistics coordination, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining service reliability while improving processes, controlling costs, and supporting business growth.
Core Responsibilities
Branch and Operational Management
โ€ข Lead all daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery coordination
โ€ข Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across all branch functions
โ€ข Maintain high standards for inventory control, organization, and accuracy
โ€ข Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Qualifications
Required Experience

Preferred
