Primary duty is to provide mid-level management of all aspects of operations for multiple crews. Supervise Service Supervisors in all aspects of operations for all jobs, and coordinate proppant and operations requirements with the help of assigned staff. Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction regarding special requests. Maintain continuous communication with District Manager and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supervising two (2) or more Service Supervisors.
  • Responsible for all logistics including meeting with tank personnel and coordinating pre-job requirements.
  • Performs a full range of supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling of work, grievances, performance counseling, and recommendations for promotions, demotions and termination of employment.
  • Ensures that all relevant Human Resources and HSE policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Works with customers who have special request including tanks and wellheads.
  • Apply knowledge of industry to analyze and manage day to day operations to ensure efficient and effective services for the customer.
  • Oversees multiple crews on-site including the Service Supervisors.
  • Ensure Service Supervisors are meeting customer and company requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Other Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two to four years work related skill, knowledge or experience.
  • Knowledge of fracturing, acidizing, and other industry related preferred.
  • General knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • General knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
  • Sensitive to confidential information.
  • Must work independently and as a member of team.

Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Able to read, speak and write English.
  • Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
  • Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
  • Employee is required to accomplish hard physical labor in many different conditions including lifting equipment.
  • Must demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting. Heavy lifting is exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations and bright lights.
  • Normal physical strength & fitness to handle conditions consistent with crude trucking field operations.

  • Working of irregular hours required.
  • Will involve shift work and overtime.
  • Travel, overnight and multiple stay is a requirement.
