JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Colorado Mesa University student to join our volleyball staff as a Director of Operations. This position is a great opportunity for someone wanting hands-on experience working in collegiate athletics and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a competitive volleyball program. Student must be Work Study eligible.
This role will work closely with the coaching staff and assist with practice operations, travel preparation, equipment management, and overall team organization throughout the season.
Responsibilities
  • Assist coaching staff during practices and training sessions
  • Help with practice setup and breakdown
  • Organize and manage team equipment
  • Assist with laundry and gear organization
  • Help prepare for team travel, including packing, itineraries, and travel logistics
  • Support game day and event operations
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks throughout the season
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence around the team
