They will drive alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives through structured planning processes.This is a hybrid role based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Somerville, New Jersey.What You’ll Do:Lead the SIOP process to align demand, supply, and financial plans.Facilitate SIOP cycles, including demand, supply, and executive reviews.Drive alignment across sales, operations, finance, and supply chain.Oversee planning, procurement, and logistics, including warehousing and distribution.Utilize ERP and analytics tools to support planning and decision making.Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory targets, service levels, and performance metrics.Ensure alignment between production plans, inventory, and customer demand.Drive improvements in lead times, service levels, working capital, and efficiency.Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, integration, and optimization.Ensure data integrity and user adoption.Translate business needs into workflows, configurations, dashboards, and reporting.Establish and manage KPI frameworks across SIOP, operations, and supply chain.Implement continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.EducationBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.Experience7–12+ years in operations and supply chain leadership.Proven MRP implementation experience (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).Strong SIOP / IBP experience required.Experience in managing distribution.Experience in multi-warehouse management.Full understanding of Forecast and demand plan adherence, inventory turns and working capital performance, on-time delivery and service levels.SkillsAdvanced analytics and data visualization capabilities.Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)At Specified Technologies Inc.
