Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, supporting daily office operations and logistics teams. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining organized filing systems (both electronic and paper). The role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling routine correspondence.
