Role & Responsibilities

The Logistician supports logistics operations critical to successful program and project delivery. This includes procurement, inventory tracking, asset management, distribution, and reporting to ensure operational readiness, continuity, and compliance across delivery environments.

  • Coordinate procurement, shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Maintain inventory systems, asset registries, and supply chain records
  • Document all logistics activities including procurement, delivery, and maintenance
  • Track configuration, lifecycle status, and equipment readiness
  • Support PMs/PMOs with logistical planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with security, contract, and organizational requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
  • Prepare logistics reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Support onboarding, access provisioning, and asset setup
  • Assist with returns, disposal, and end-of-life asset processes

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award with an expected start date of September 1, 2026.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with logistics and asset management systems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
  • Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
  • An active Secret clearance or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting IT or technical delivery programs
  • Experience in government procurement, documentation and warehousing
  • Certifications: CSCP, CPL, or related logistics credentials
