Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse and field operations in a fast-paced industrial and construction environment. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow between warehouse and job sites, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting daily logistics activities for ongoing projects.

This position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse and field environments, including material handling, coordination with field crews, and occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and material transfers between warehouse and job sites
  • Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Operate or support material handling equipment (forklift or similar) as needed (certification preferred)
  • Drive company vehicles (e.g., van or light-duty truck) to support material delivery and pickup as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Update and maintain logistics data in ERP system to ensure accuracy of material tracking and usage
  • Communicate with project teams, field supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely material availability
  • Assist in coordinating urgent material requests from job sites and resolve delivery or shortage issues
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, delivery tickets, and inventory reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures in warehouse and field environments
  • Support material planning and logistics scheduling for ongoing construction projects
  • Provide bilingual communication support (Mandarin / English) for warehouse and field coordination


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction logistics, or field coordination
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) strongly preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver’s license required; experience driving vans or light-duty trucks preferred
  • Experience working in warehouse or construction site environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle physical work, including lifting materials and working in outdoor/jobsite conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with field teams and vendors
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to solve on-site issues quickly
