PeopleTec is currently seeking an Integrated Logisitics Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

The selected candidate will provide support a Department of Defense customer in Huntsville, Alabama - supporting integrated logistics, life cycle sustainment, and program management support for complex defense acquisition and modernization efforts. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate logistics planning, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support the successful execution of program objectives throughout the system life cycle.

Duties Include:

  • Provide integrated logistics and life cycle management support for Department of Defense programs.
  • Support cross-functional teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and sustainment activities.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of logistics planning documentation, sustainment strategies, and program support artifacts.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel and program stakeholders to ensure logistics requirements are incorporated into program planning and execution.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and other program documentation supporting leadership decision-making.
  • Track action items, milestones, and logistics-related deliverables to support overall program execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and technical exchanges while documenting outcomes and assigned actions.
  • Identify program risks, issues, and opportunities related to logistics planning and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support planning activities associated with system readiness, fielding, sustainment, and long-term product support.
  • Perform additional logistics and program management support duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting Department of Defense logistics, acquisition, life cycle management, or sustainment programs.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or other cross-functional program teams.
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), life cycle sustainment principles, and defense acquisition processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic program environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level briefings and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience. 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition or modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with logistics planning, product support, sustainment planning, and systems life cycle management.
  • Experience supporting Government Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or defense acquisition organizations.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and life cycle logistics best practices.
