Job Description:

Coordinates movement, transportation, tracking, maintenance, and deployment of parts and equipment to ensure Program objectives are met in a timely manner. Navigates various internal and external processes to ensure goals are achieved. Works with Program team to help develop a list of required equipment and material needed for deployment to field for launch execution. Examine the impact of configuration changes on logistics deployment. Gathers and analyzes information to generate and evaluate potential solutions to problems, issues and challenges while weighing the accuracy and relevance of the facts, data and information. Abide by specific objectives of Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract deliverables. Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met in a timely manner.

  • Able to build relationships and work cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships, leverage information and achieve results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 6 years of additional education and/or related experience
  • Ability to move, transport, or lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
  • US citizen with the ability to obtain US Government clearance within 6 months of hire
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of logistics experience
  • Strong MSFT Excel/database skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Forklift operation experience
  • HazMat shipment experience/certification
  • Familiar with government property requirements and various government forms
  • Currently resides in State of AZ

Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
