Operations Assistant – Warehouse / Logistics

Operations Assistant – Warehouse / Logistics Job Type: Full-time / On-site Pay: Up to $25/hr, depending on location and experience Shift: Morning shift / Evening shift / Overnight shift, depending on location

We are hiring in multiple locations, including but not limited to:

Bessemer, AL Knoxville, TN Ocala, FL Stuart, FL Baton Rouge, LA Frankfort, KY Indianapolis, IN Louisville, KY Spokane Valley, WA Albuquerque, NM Billings, MT Medford, OR

Responsibilities

Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, handling, and stocking inbound packages.

Support return processing by counting items, confirming quantities, checking package conditions, and completing related paperwork.

Coordinate shipment pick-up, communicate with drivers, and help arrange daily delivery schedules.

Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Respond to customer or client inquiries and escalate service issues to supervisors when needed.

Assist with daily cycle counts, inventory checks, variance follow-up, and basic data collection.

Prepare weekly reports and support daily operation updates.

Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment and follow company procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or operations team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

1 year of warehouse, logistics, operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred; entry-level candidates are also welcome and training will be provided.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or warehouse system experience.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Must be able to work on-site and follow assigned shift schedules.
