Job description

Position: Inventory Coordinator - Mandarin Chinese preferred


Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Receiving

  • Receive Transfer Orders (TOs) in NetSuite promptly based on actual deliveries.
  • Verify received SKUs, quantities, and related information to ensure system inventory matches physical inventory.
  • Report and assist in resolving discrepancies such as quantity shortages, incorrect items, or damaged materials.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records to ensure data integrity.

Warehouse Inventory Management

  • Guide warehouse associates to store materials in the designated Bin Locations according to company standards.
  • Inspect material labels, bin locations, and storage methods to ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse material placement and promptly correct any non-compliant practices.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse to improve material handling and retrieval.

Inventory Control

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification activities.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations of inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and warehouse operations.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain effective communication with warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure smooth receiving and material storage processes.
  • Coordinate daily inventory-related tasks with warehouse associates.
  • Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
