WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual (Korean/English) Program Intern to join our HQ
Korea Taskforce. This is a full-time conversion role for a high-performing intern who has
demonstrated the "Plug and Play hustle," meticulous organization, and the ability to navigate
complex cross-border partnerships.
As a Program Intern, you will be the bridge between Silicon Valley and the Korean
innovation landscape. You will support senior leadership in managing high-stakes programs for
Korean corporations and government entities while driving business development (BD)
momentum in the U.S.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
A) Program & Partnership Excellence
• Execute Cross-Border Programs: Lead the planning and delivery of innovation
programs in key sectors: Mobility, Smart City, Sustainability, and Physical AI
(Aerospace/Defense).
• Bilingual Reporting: Own the drafting, translation, and localization of professional
proposals and reports for public-sector and corporate partners
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate deliverables and communications between Sunnyvale
HQ, our regional Korea offices, and partner organizations to ensure global alignment.
B) Business Development & Pipeline Discipline
• Operational Powerhouse: Support the BD pipeline by managing senior leadership's
scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking partner meeting outcomes.
• Accountability Tracking: Maintain active task tracking for ongoing BD and partnership
responsibilities using Rocketlane and Salesforce.
• CRM Management: Ensure all records, client correspondence, and project milestones
are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain data integrity.
C) Operations & Logistics Coordination
• Delegation Management: Lead the logistical planning for visiting Korean delegations,
including meeting calendars, site visits, and high-profile event schedules.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with PNP's Ventures, Events, and Marketing
teams to ensure Korean startups are fully integrated into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field
(Master's preferred).
• Bilingual Mastery: Professional-level fluency in Korean and English (written and
spoken). Must be capable of professional writing in Hangul Program (HWP).
• Technical: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, Google
Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Photoshop and macOS is a plus.
• Discipline: Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple
concurrent BD and program tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences with
partners in Korea.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in Startup, Venture Capital (VC), or Corporate Venture Capital
(CVC) environments.
• Familiarity with government-funded acceleration cycles and reporting nuances.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in Mobility, Physical AI, or Defense Tech.
