Job description

The Account Executive will support the Canusa sales team in managing all aspects of the sales process with customers and suppliers while providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally. The Account Executive will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information with respect to order placement, coordination of production dates and shipments, and reporting. The Account Executive will communicate regularly with customers, suppliers and vendors while also collaborating internally with logistics, operations and accounting to facilitate the companyโ€™s goals.

This position requires the candidate to be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for the Position:
  • Expert-level fluency in Spanish is required
  • Four-year college degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Prior experience or interest in the logistics field is a plus
  • Strong mathematical skills and highly proficient in Excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales manager(s) on order forecasting based on past consumption
  • Inventory management
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process with new and existing customers and suppliers while providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally
  • Provide timely and accurate information with respect to order placement, coordination of production and shipping dates, and reporting
  • Collaborate internally with logistics, operations, and accounting teams
  • Review profitability per transaction and approve in a timely manner (monthly closing)
  • Review and process claims, and follow up until completion
  • Provide backup for coworkers when out of office
