What will your typical day look like?

Work you'll do
•    Develop global strategies across sustainability priorities and infrastructure asset classes according to emerging market signals, evolving advisory frameworks and services, technology enablement and strategic partnership opportunities, and potential Operate activations
•    Drive commercial activation (i.e., awareness-building, education, sales enablement) of sustainability and infrastructure solutions, including geographic, industry, and/or account targeting, advisory services, key technologies, internal and external eminence, and other go-to-market activities
•    Build and maintain relationships with leaders from across the Sustainability and Infrastructure SGO, Industries, Operate, and Member Firms
•    Exhibit strong project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams
•    Develop logically structured PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and projects
•    Manage globally (US, Canada, UK, and India) diverse project teams
•    Promote best practice and knowledge sharing among global team members, and serve as a formal and informal coaching resource to junior members of the team
•    Experiment with, advocate for, and operationalize technological advancements, including agentification and other AI-enabled tools, to improve team operations and augment existing market-facing solutions.

The Global Sustainability & Climate team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our sustainability & climate services.

Qualifications
•    Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business, with at least one full year at Deloitte, with preference for experience in sustainability and/or infrastructure
•    Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Business or an information systems field
•    Strong core consulting skills – i.e., analytical, research (primary and secondary), and communication and presentation (logical structuring and storyboarding); solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
•    Exposure, experience, interest in sustainability and infrastructure, technology, and operate
•    Self-motivated, innovative, result-oriented, and strong team player
•    Agility and flexibility in adapting to a dynamic work environment and across multiple time zones

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
