Job description

Your Impact

The Value Engineering Analyst translates complex legal and operational metrics into clear, digestible business cases that help our clients buy DISCO and help sales representatives sell it. They partner closely with Value Engineering leadership, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to build a scalable, institutional-grade value engine.

What You'll Do
  • Model Ownership: Builds, maintains, and refines DISCO's suite of financial modeling tools, pricing calculators, and business case templates
  • Enablement and Training Delivery: Works closely with Sales Enablement to design and deliver training that helps SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers self-serve baseline value assessments
  • Strategic Deal Support: Collaborates with senior Value Engineers to perform data analysis, run operational diagnostics, and package clean, executive deliverables for DISCO's largest enterprise pursuits
  • Impact Analytics: Owns data tracking and analytics for the Value Engineering office, demonstrating the direct impact of our team on DISCO's win rates, deal velocity, and deal sizes
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or sales operations
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable building flexible, logical mathematical models
  • Ability to take raw, unstructured operational data and package it into a highly structured, visual, and simple business narrative
  • Ability to improve business processes and evaluate how tools are adopted and used in daily workflows
