Job description

Company Description

The Evo Group is a consistently growing company providing marketing, advertising, and promotional services to industry leaders. We excel in developing unique marketing promotions that place our clients' brands in front of consumers when and where it matters most. Our success derives not only from our ability to increase our clients' revenue, but also our time tested strategies for promoting brand awareness and creating a repeat customer base in targeted markets.

Job Description

Our team has track record of developing candidates from previous customer service backgrounds in to the next generation of our leadership team. We've been given the OK to expand in to new markets in the midwest as well as work with other clients in Columbus. The only thing we are missing is brand new talent to help make all that happen. Our company has lofty goals to reach in 2018 and we are aggressively looking for candidates that are up to the challenge. All new team members will learn sales, marketing, and customer retention to round them out as a top business leader. Here are a few things we believe make us stand out in the customer service industry:

Every Day is Different

  • We start each day on a fun positive note with lots of recognition for hard work and success.
  • Management is proactive in coaching and developing new team members.
  • Each day people are learning and growing with constant feedback and encouragement.

Development is a Priority

  • Our client visits weekly to teach and inform the team of new updates.
  • Team members are encouraged and given the tools to beat their personal bests.
  • Junior executives are constantly learning from the top leaders in the office.

Management is Within Reach

  • We have a strict rule of no seniority and believe people should advance because of their merit.
  • Top candidates can expect to advance into upper level management within 18 months.

Those with a customer service background tend to do extremely well because of their ability to interact with a wide variety of people and their love of helping customers solve issues/problems.
