Principal Operations Manager - Lodging, Ground & Media
We are seeking a Principal Operations Manager to join our global Lodging, Ground & Media team, where innovation knows no borders. This team ensures the reliability and performance of supplier connectivity, availability and workflow success in the Sabre Mosaic marketplace. It connects global travel systems so partners can transact with speed and total confidence. As a Principal Operations Manager, you will oversee the global end-to-end operational health of our hotel and car platform. You will turn complex platform data into clear actions, guide cross-functional teams through technical challenges and challenge slow or manual tracking methods. This role requires broad latitude for decisions, deep API domain knowledge and the strategic confidence to optimize marketplace performance.
What you'll do
  • Lead the operational stability, performance and uptime of the global lodging and car marketplace.
  • Manage day-to-day supplier connectivity performance through strict service level agreements to reduce errors and booking timeouts.
  • Champion initiatives that improve static content quality, property normalization and media enrichment across portfolios.
  • Guide cross-functional incident management and root-cause analysis to resolve ecosystem bottlenecks quickly.
  • Use Al-enabled tools and automated analytics to detect recurring connectivity patterns, identify agency behaviors and remove manual data validation steps.

What you'll bring
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in travel technology, platform operations or marketplace distribution systems.
  • Proven success managing complex API connectivity models, caching accuracy and system load optimization at scale.
  • Strong track record utilizing BigQuery and data analytics to drive measurable improvements in system reliability.
  • Experience guiding global technical teams and influencing cross-functional product and commercial leaders.
  • Practical experience using generative Al or automated workflow tools to improve operational productivity and monitoring quality.
