Job description

We are a REMOTE, isolated Alaskan fly-fishing lodge focused on luxury hospitality.

We are looking for positive, high energy, guest-oriented individuals to join our Inside Hospitality Staff team for the 2026 season at our off grid location along the banks of the Kvichak River in SW Alaska. Our Inside Hospitality Staff are an integral part of the engine that drives guest experience- focusing on hospitality, exceptional housekeeping, and fine dining experiences.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all guest lodging, corridors, and other assigned areas
  • Dining Service for all meals
  • Wake up calls and turn down service
  • Working with kitchen and guiding staff to ensure guest needs are met at meals on the river
  • Anticipating guest needs and being hospitality guest minded in all interactions.
  • Washing, drying, and folding all lodge linens and staff laundry
  • Some kitchen duties including dishwashing and assisting chef

  • Excels in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
  • Sees and executes details, based on high lodge standards
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong communicator and does well in social interactions
  • Love for the outdoors and a passion for hospitality
  • Able to maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming
  • Available from June – End of September 2026
  • Previous housekeeping and/or serving experience preferred, not required
  • Alaska Food Worker's Card and Alaska TIPS or CHARR required

Why join our team? We are a family-run organization and strive to create a family atmosphere for everyone, staff and guest alike.

Typically, the schedule follows 6 days on, with one day off. Housing and meals are taken care of by us! Employees are housed in private cabins or rooms with shared community bathhouses.

Point of hire is King Salmon, AK. Unless other arrangements are made, employees should plan to arrive in King Salmon on the agreed upon date and depart similarly. Once in King Salmon, employees will be greeted at the airport by one of our pilots and flown approximately 30 miles to our remote lodge
