Job description

Job Summary
Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level
Role Summary Senior analytical resource responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, identifying risks, and recommending improvements across ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization activities.
Key Responsibilities under ORIS PWS
  • Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
  • Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations and effectively manipulate data to present program status
  • Make recommendations on improving business processes.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.
  • Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance and support development of executive-level metrics and dashboards
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles

Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC
  • Experience producing reports for VA senior leadership
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
