Position Overview

  • CRNA coverage for a hospital-based anesthesia service.
  • Independent / CRNA-only practice (no supervision).
  • Typical daily coverage includes 3 providers.

Case Mix / Skills Needed

  • Mix of OR and OB cases
  • ENDO, OB/GYN, ENT, General, Ortho, some Peds
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
  • Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks within the past 2 years)

EMR

  • Epic

Credentialing / Onboarding

  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61-90 days
  • Indiana license required; IN PCF required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA only - no exceptions)

Credentialing Items (must be provided)

  • Education diploma(s) (MSN/CRNA, etc.)
  • NBCRNA board certificate
  • Current ACLS and PALS
  • Case logs (within the past 2 years)
  • Driver's license (color copy)
  • Professional photo
  • Current CMEs
  • Immunizations: Hep B, MMR, TDAP, TB (within 12 months), Flu (within 12 months), Varicella
