Job Title: Psychiatrist
Location: Madison IN 47250
Pay rate: $175/hr.
Shift: Standard- Days
Hour/week: 40hr./week
Position Summary
The Psychiatrist provides high‑quality psychiatric care in a state‑operated hospital setting. This role involves delivering direct patient care, leading treatment planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Education and Experience
Board Certification: Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in General Psychiatry (MD/DO), with subspecialty certification if applicable.
Licensure: Valid license to practice medicine in Indiana, issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
Residency Training: Completion of an accredited residency in Psychiatry (subspecialty training if applicable).
Credentials: Indiana Controlled Substance Registration and DEA credentials.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
