Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored specifically for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, utilizing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships by actively listening and empathizing with clients, adapting your approach based on their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Provide regular follow-ups and ongoing support to clients, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Many clients may be experiencing mental health issues exacerbated by the stresses of modern life, such as the ongoing impacts of the pandemic, social isolation, and economic difficulties. Your ability to adapt to various client needs will be crucial for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients in a remote setting.
• Strong empathy and understanding toward clients' life experiences and mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing remote or telehealth services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methods and ability to implement interventions that resonate with clients.
• Previous work experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, depending on experience and workload.
