Responsibilities
As a healthcare recruiter for our CompHealth locum tenens division, you'll contact prospective facilities and physicians to match them up based on their unique needs. With access to a variety of marketing resources, you'll build and maintain these long-term working relationships. Through keen contract negotiations, you'll add value to our gross margin objectives.
And most importantly, you'll make a difference in the lives of countless patients needing critical healthcare services.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requesting you to come into the Midvale office a minimum of twice per week to support regular in-person collaboration, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. Engaging in person with the local Midvale-based sales team is essential to this role, as it helps build relationships with peers and leadership that directly drive top performance, provide access to real-time coaching and hands-on training, and enable use of on-site resources, tools, and systems critical to success.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of inside sales or phone sales

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $60,000 -- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
