York, Pennsylvania Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for weekend night shifts supporting a high-acuity hospital setting in York, Pennsylvania. This position features a diverse surgical case mix within a Level I Trauma hospital, with full-time scheduled coverage utilizing a Medically Directed model of 1:3 (maximum 1:4).

This opportunity offers exposure to complex patient populations across multiple specialty areas, including trauma, neuro, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, and robotics, all supported by Epic EMR. Candidates with at least 2 years of hospital anesthesia experience and active Pennsylvania licensure are preferred.

Practice Environment

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US-guided techniques
  • Perform epidurals without doctor present
  • Manage patients of all ages across multiple surgical disciplines
  • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Document procedures and patient care accurately within Epic EMR

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid PA license or active compact license accepted
  • ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital anesthesia experience preferred
  • DEA registration not required
  • Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing possible with leadership approval
