Schedule: Full-Time
Sign-on bonus: $30,000
Relocation: $10,000
Productivity incentives: RVU

This job location is not currently located in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Urologist to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
  • Join an established team of 1 physician and 2 APPs, with locum support as needed
  • Call structure: 24-hour call, approximately 5 days per month
  • Inpatient/outpatient mix with ~70 cases per month across the team
  • Serving a regional population of approximately 260,000
  • Broad procedural mix including PERCs, ureteroscopy, ESWL, scrotal, TURP, UroLift, InterStim Hand assisted nephrectomy, and bladder procedures.
  • Advanced technology available, including Da Vinci robot, Thulium and Holmium lasers, UDS, and disposable cystoscopes
  • Strong clinical and operational support staff in place
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology; eligible for state licensure and DEA
  • Located in Wisconsin's Fox Cities (Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Oshkosh)-a vibrant, family-friendly region with low cost of living, excellent schools, growing performing arts with touring Broadway shows and dining scene, and easy access to Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and Chicago, plus abundant outdoor recreation with nearby lakes, trails, and year-round activities

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
