Salary Range
o $50,000-$60,000 - (Dependent on the position) 
o Benefits (per CBA agreement)

Qualifications:
  • Application must be filled out online
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Advance level of knowledge, skill and experience in construction & repair of plumbing, carpentry, locksmith and roofing
  • Black Seal Boilers License
  • Experience in Budge Preparation, preferred
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing and plumbing codes
  • Must be ble to climb and work off a ladder
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies
  • Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools
