About the Role:
Transbay Lock Inc is looking for a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in San Rafael, CA! This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers with everything from lockouts to high-security installations — making a real difference in people's safety and peace of mind every day.
Experience preferable but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services
  • Install, repair, and rekey locks, deadbolts, and door hardware
  • Cut and duplicate keys using manual and electronic key-cutting equipment
  • Install and service access control systems, master key systems, and high-security locks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security hardware issues on-site
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
