Our organization is currently seeking a Fleet Account Executive. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Create and achieve annual budget for region (MAINTAIN / DEVELOP) This is the sales goal/commitment to Adrian Steel Achieve goal for specified percentage of market opportunity in region (GROW) Identify and articulate customers business problem(s) and goals to Adrian Steel team Work with Solutions Lead and Fleet Account Lead to ensure customer solution plan is on target Implement and lead/facilitate FOUNDATION MEETINGS for top 10 customers in region A FOUNDATION MEETING is a collaborative planning/execution meeting inclusive of a cross-functional team comprised of both external and internal players.

The goal of the FOUNDATION MEETING is to build and execute customer strategy effectively.
