Multiple Function Manufacturing Associate Manager
What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) in Fort Worth, TX, to lead manufacturing operations for the JSF Production Assembly area. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing activities, manage a represented workforce, and drive operational excellence in quality, schedule, and cost. This position requires a leader who can ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
