Standard Job Description You will be the MultiFunctional Finance Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. What You Will Be Doing As the MultiFunctional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that provides analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value (program performance) management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for program performance. Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure highquality deliverables. Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays
