Full-Time Ladies' Locker Room AttendantWedgewood Golf & Country ClubWedgewood Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Full-Time Ladies' Locker Room Attendant to join our team.This position is responsible for keeping the Ladies' Locker Room clean, organized, comfortable, and welcoming for our members and guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the little details, and understands the importance of providing a clean and well-maintained environment in a private club setting.Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain the Ladies' Locker Room and associated areas.Clean and disinfect showers, restrooms, sinks, counters, mirrors, and other surfaces.Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain all flooring.Dust and clean lockers, benches, countertops, furniture, and fixtures.Keep vanity and dressing areas clean, organized, and presentable.Empty trash and replace liners as needed.Restock towels, toiletries, tissues, paper products, soaps, and other supplies.Maintain a neat and organized appearance throughout the locker room.Monitor supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered.Keep showers and other high-use areas clean and sanitized throughout the day.Assist with maintaining a polished appearance before, during, and after busy Club events.Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.Report maintenance issues, damaged fixtures, or other concerns to management.Provide a friendly and professional presence when interacting with members and guests.Follow all Club cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping, hotel, resort, country club, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.Training will be provided for the right candidate.Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.Dependable, punctual, and responsible.Professional, friendly, and respectful when interacting with members and guests.Able to work independently and efficiently.Comfortable working in a busy, member-focused environment.Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday.Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies, towels, and other items as needed.Willingness to follow established cleaning and safety procedures.What We OfferFull-time employmentCompetitive payTraining providedProfessional and welcoming work environmentOpportunity to work at a respected private golf and country clubA team-oriented workplace where attention to service and cleanliness is valuedThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, hardworking, friendly, and takes pride in their work.
