Job description

At World Central Kitchen (WCK), we believe every donor interaction should reflect the same urgency, care, and excellence that define our mission on the frontlines. The Fundraising Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding that standard by overseeing the systems and processes that power WCK’s gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation. This leader ensures that every contribution - whether large, small, recurring, or made in honor of someone - is processed swiftly, accurately, and with unwavering respect for donor intent.

The Manager supervises and mentors a high-performing team that handles gift entry, acknowledgments, donor support, matching gifts, and pledge follow-up. They set clear priorities, manage daily workflows, and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
