Job description

Summary
Looking for a flexible way to stay engaged, get out of the house, and earn extra income? Join our team as a Real Estate Runner! This part-time role lets you choose when you work, stay active in your community, and help support real estate operations no desk required!
  • Part-time (15-20 hours bi-weekly minimum, up to 40-50 hours bi-weekly during busy seasons)
  • $16/hour + $0.58/mile mileage reimbursement
  • Columbia, MD + surrounding areas
Responsibilities
  • Install and remove lockboxes at real estate listings (majority of the role)
  • Occasionally coordinate in person key or material transfers with clients
  • Assist with basic lockbox troubleshooting
  • Deliver brochures, posters, and sign riders to vacant properties (access homes via lockbox)
  • Pick up print materials at our Columbia office or local print vendor (MPI) in Columbia
  • Run occasional errands like key or document delivery to title companies, lenders, or clients
  • Update Google Drive lockbox spreadsheet
