This position is responsible for building and expanding Community Association Banking relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Property Management Companies PMC's, offering financial products and services to meet their unique needs and support their financial goals. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for Property Management Companies, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized banking solutions. This role partners with Relationship Sales Officers (RSO's) in the Community Association Banking Division.
The role requires the banker to work closely with the Relationship Sales Officer and be a subject matter expert in Community Association Banking deposits and related business services. Thorough knowledge of lockbox products and Treasury Management services. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with a high ability to deliver Microsoft Teams client and partner meetings. HOA Banking experience is preferred.
This position is a hybrid role that require 2 days per week in the office, and the ability to work 7am-4pm Arizona time every day.
If hired there will be in office training everyday the first 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management - Monitor existing accounts, open new accounts, proactively address issues or concerns while offering solutions to optimize financial performance. Identify opportunities to expand the HOA banking portfolio through cross-selling of additional products and services.
  • Operations- Performs advanced operational tasks, manages vendor and associate inquiries. May lead team in direction and success of daily activities.
  • Business Expertise - Acts as a resource in area of work. Performs process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in distribution of Bank products or services. May support development of new products or services.
  • Service & Support - Develops and maintains relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to achieve business goals and streamline service experience. Determines target needs and provides resolution. Handles escalated and complex support issues. Focus on deepening client relationships for our most complex clients. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. You should understand how to utilize technology and conduct TEAMS meetings (on screen daily) Client/Business Partner interface should be daily and often.
  • Hybrid role-Must reside in the Phoeniz, AZ area.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Support or Customer Service OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Support or Customer Service
