Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Lockbox Specialist opportunities in Atlanta, GA.   • Pay: $18.00/hour

  • Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

  • Length: 12 months with potential of extension

Responsibilities for a Lockbox Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Retrieve retained documents and respond to customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner while meeting client deadlines.

  • Process client decisioning transactions, perform quality control activities, and manage multiple workflow queues including Quality Control, RIDS F11, Encode, and Pull Original queues.

  • Operate low-speed machinery to re-scan rejected items, restructure batches, and support lockbox processing operations.

  • Handle cash reconciliation activities, prepare non-ICL checks for shipment, and utilize OBM systems for labeling, mailing, and merchandise distribution.

Candidates for Lockbox Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Strong analytical skills and PC proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs.

  • Previous lockbox, payment processing, document handling, banking operations, or financial services experience is preferred.
