Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. Operating nationwide with rapid growth ahead, we combine logistics, technology, and hospitality to shape the future of multifamily living. Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for communities with our Valet Trash Service. This role exists to support contractor-based operations, not to manage them. This role acts as a flexible extension of the operations team in handling audits, inventory needs, verification tasks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for practical, hands-on part-time work who is comfortable traveling locally, working independently, and stepping in where operational help is needed.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
-Perform inventory-related tasks, including:
-Equipment condition checks
-Inventory replenishment
-Lockbox and fob replacement
-Coordination of minor equipment repair
-Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
-Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
-Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
-Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
Qualifications:
-Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
