The Senior Manager of Assortment Insights supports Merchandising in the effort to deliver value-driven assortments for every customer, tailored and localized to their communities and space, available through their preferred channels via seamless omnichannel assortment experience.

Whether it’s managing a budget, replenishing product, developing mods, reviewing performance, or building strategy, Merch Ops touches all aspects of Merchandising.

  • Close assortment gaps to improve assortment coverage and market share.
  • Strategically optimize category space and flow.
  • Curate in store and online experiences that drive frequency, loyalty and basket expansion.
  • Enable faster fulfillment through assortment design.
  • Scale decision quality through the use of AI.
