Within our Ads business, the Market Activation team's goal is to ensure our commercial teams are exceptionally prepared and positioned to succeed by setting the standard for go-to-market readiness and launch execution for both Content and Ad solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Ads Curriculum will lead the strategy, design & development of scalable global learning and enablement programs for Netflix Ads. This role will oversee a team of curriculum designers and be responsible for building best-in-class training across product knowledge, sales skills, tools, and workflows. You and your team will create central core assets that regional enablement leads adapt, localize, and facilitate for their markets.You will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial teams are equipped to successfully sell, activate, and scale Netflix Ads solutions globally

This leader will operate at the intersection of Product, Market Activation, and Commercial teams - translating business priorities and product solutions into impactful learning strategies that drive seller productivity, consistency, and revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Global Enablement Strategy & Execution Define and lead the global enablement strategy across Ads solutions, sales skills, onboarding, tools, and workflows, aligned to business priorities and product and content roadmap Build and scale a globally consistent, regionally adaptable curriculum that supports onboarding, continuous learning, and role-based capability development Partner closely with Market Activation, Product Marketing, Product Solutions, and Commercial teams to translate GTM strategy and product launches into effective learning programs Ensure enablement is tightly integrated into commercial readiness and launch execution, enabling efficient handoff to regional teams for last-mile localization and delivery, ultimately supporting successful adoption of new products and capabilities Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of curriculum designers and enablement managers focused on scalable, reusable assets Set clear priorities, operating rhythms, and standards for intake, prioritization, and delivery of enablement content to regional stakeholders Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement grounded in data and learner feedback Drive clarity of roles and responsibilities across the global enablement team Curriculum & Learning Design Excellence Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact learning experiences across multiple modalities (live, virtual, self-paced, blended) Ensure curriculum reflects best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement Establish global standards for content quality, learning measurement, and program effectiveness Continuously evolve curriculum based on product changes, market needs, and performance insights Qualifications 15+ years in Ads sales enablement, learning & development, or related fields within global, Ads go-to-market organizations; 5+ years leading high-performing, distributed teams Proven ability to build and scale global enablement strategies and curriculum across Ads product, sales skills, and GTM initiatives Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and learning technologies, with a strong understanding of sales organizations and product enablement Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly cross-functional environments, with exceptional stakeholder influence Data-driven mindset with experience measuring impact, driving continuous improvement, and enabling adoption across global and regional teams Reporting: This role reports directly to the Director, Commercial Readiness and Enablement. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.

You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $255,000.00 - $400,000.00
