About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Enterprise Sales to drive new business within the automotive sector. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities with major OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, mobility startups, and related players across the value chain.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex global communication needs - from vehicle launch localization to technical manual translation, digital experiences, and more.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on key automotive accounts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a mix of cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and inbound interest.
  • Understand each client's business model, pain points, and global communication needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present and promote TransPerfect's full suite of services and technology platforms, including interpretation, digital localization, technical documentation, and global content management.
  • Collaborate with internal solution specialists and production teams to build custom proposals and project budgets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (domestic & international travel required).

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, mobility, or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills - you know how to uncover needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience selling services or SaaS-based solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change.
