Job description

Join Stellantis: Drive the Future of Mobility Through Scalable Subscription Experiences
Stellantis is accelerating its transformation into a world-class mobility technology company. At the heart of this evolution is our global software organization - building the platforms that power intelligent, personalized, and revenue-generating experiences across millions of vehicles.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Platform Product Manager - Subscription Services to lead the evolution of our Subscription Product Platform. This platform enables dynamic bundling, lifecycle management, and geographic scaling of connected vehicle services across Stellantis' global portfolio. From feature unlocks to premium packages and regional offerings, your work will define how customers engage with their vehicles over time - and how Stellantis delivers long-term value through digital touchpoints.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of software, strategy, and customer experience. You'll collaborate across product lines, engineering, markets, and brand teams to bring subscription-based services to life - at scale.
Join us in shaping how drivers interact with their vehicles in every region, every stage of ownership, and every subscription tier.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full product lifecycle of Stellantis' Subscription Services Platform, enabling seamless bundling, entitlement, and delivery of connected services across global regions and vehicle models.
  • Define the platform vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for subscription packages, service expansion, and customer engagement across the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Build scalable frameworks for regional product offerings, market-specific content, and vehicle configuration compatibility, including during pre-contract planning, determining the technical dependencies for features to be deployed on vehicles.
  • Partner with engineering, brand, marketing, and regional operations teams to design and launch new subscription experiences for customers around the world.
  • Translate product strategy into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and priorities that drive real business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the rollout of capabilities such as trial management, feature gating, service upgrades, renewals, retention offers, and package switching.
  • Establish KPIs tied to product adoption, usage, value, customer churn, ARPU, engagement, and geographic penetration.
  • Work cross-functionally with business and marketing partners on bundling optimization and customer segmentation across regions and provide capabilities to meet regional needs.
  • Advocate for a modular, API-first platform that enables other teams to launch new vehicle services rapidly.
  • Ensure customer experiences meet regulatory, localization, and brand standards across geographies.
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and risks clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with platform or SaaS subscription experience.
  • Demonstrated success launching or managing subscription-based products, ideally across multiple regions or customer segments.
  • Proven ability to define and scale modular, configurable platforms that serve diverse use cases.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, bundling strategy, and customer engagement tools.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, influence cross-functional teams, and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
  • Agile product development experience, with a bias for iteration and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-obsessed mindset and strong UX intuition.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High business acumen with results-driven attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in automotive software, connected services, or mobile ecosystems.
  • Understanding of geographic expansion models, localization strategies, and regulatory challenges for subscription products.
  • Familiarity with entitlement management systems, CRM platforms, or feature-on-demand infrastructure (e.g. Zuora, Salesforce).
  • Experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
