POSITION OVERVIEW โ€“ Senior Integrated Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager II is responsible for leading the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and integrated marketing execution for Clientโ€™s Monitor product portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Corporate Marketing, Creative, and external agencies to successfully launch new products, drive customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across retail, ecommerce, and B2B channels.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in integrated marketing, product launches, campaign management, marketing analytics, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced consumer electronics, technology, or related industry. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable marketing recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
  • Develop and own go-to-market strategies for new monitor product launches, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel strategy.
  • Build comprehensive launch timelines and milestone plans in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution from pre-launch planning through post-launch optimization.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, shopper marketing, partnerships, creative, and digital channels.
  • Identify priority markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities while translating market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Align GTM initiatives across retail, ecommerce, and B2B sales channels.
  • Build and maintain an integrated marketing calendar supporting product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Partnership Marketing
  • Lead strategic partner marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
  • Evaluate global partnership opportunities for localization and market activation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Integrated Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams to execute partnership campaigns.
  • Build relationships across Clientโ€™s business units to maximize co-marketing opportunities.
  • Manage ongoing partnerships with studios, brands, and marketing organizations.
  • Secure creative assets including video, digital, audio, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Manage partnership marketing budgets while ensuring financial compliance and procurement processes are completed accurately.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Product Marketing, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Align cross-functional teams around campaign objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
Campaign Management & Marketing Analytics
  • Oversee campaign localization and deployment across multiple customer channels and markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency fees, media investments, and production expenses.
  • Drive continuous campaign optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and iterative improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, revenue goals, brand metrics, and business objectives.
  • Utilize marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights.
  • Present campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership through data-driven reporting and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 8โ€“10 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or related marketing functions.
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategy and integrated product launch campaigns.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, technology, or related product-driven industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong background developing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing creative, media, and agency partners.
  • Strong marketing analytics skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and develop executive-level reporting.
  • Experience utilizing dashboards, KPI reporting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, procurement, and financial compliance processes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS
