We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our dynamic team in the language services industry. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their language service needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the language services industry. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events, to generate leads and establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their language service requirements, anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our language services. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and manage any issues or escalations in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop strategic approaches to penetrate new markets. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to drive business growth.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the language services industry or a related field. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven ability to identify client needs, develop solutions, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the language services industry, including translation, interpretation, localization, or related services. Understanding of industry trends, client pain points, and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Results-Orientation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability to learn and effectively utilize new technologies and sales platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
